2026 Poster Session and Awards Night

Undergraduate and graduates are invited to bring posters of their research to the Rhode Island Section’s 2026 Poster session. The audience will be friendly, informal, and enthusiastic. Posters should be no more than 6 ft. wide and 4 ft. high. Please bring your poster mounted on a poster board if possible – poster boards are extremely limited. Easels will be provided. The Poster Session will be held in the first floor lobby of Clarke Science Building. Please look for the signs once you enter the building.

5:00-5:30 Set up Poster
5:30-6:15 Poster Session
6:30 Dinner in Alger 110 (Buffet will include: salad, entrée, sides, dessert, and beverages)
7:30 Awards Presentations

The price of the dinner is $25 ($10 for students).
